Course Description

This course is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of key topics in human resources management, leadership, communication, team building, time management, stress and anxiety management, dispute resolution, decision-making, and building trust in the workplace. He has completed numerous training in Bohn, Brussels, Barcelona, Prague, and graduated from the highestranking Operational Supervisory Academy of Deutsche Post I Germany. He has held for years the position of Country Employee representative in The European Workers for Forum of Logistics training and developing the future managers of the company.
