   Andreas Nicolaides

Andreas Nicolaides has more than 8-years experience in the financial Industry. He is the Operations Manager of G.P. GLOBAL LTD offering consulting services and training courses to Investment Firms, Administrative Service Providers and Funds focuses in Internal Audit, compliance & AML issues. He is a member of the Internal Audit team of G.P. GLOBAL LTD and is involved in numerous Internal Audits of Cyprus Investment Firms, Administrative Service Providers and Funds where he is engaged, among others, in the audit for compliance with the GDPR regulatory framework. He has completed a number of trainings on GDPR regulatory framework and assisted a number of Cyprus Investment Firms, Administrative Service Providers and Funds to comply with their GDPR legal obligations.

Andreas Nicolaides holds a BA in Business Management from the Northumbria University (Newcastle – UK). Andreas also holds an Advance and Money Laundering certificate from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission for the provision of investment services/activities.

   Anna Stylianou

Anna Stylianou has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial industry. She has long-term experience in the retail banking, and has also worked as a Compliance, Anti-money laundering compliance and as a Senior manager in regulated entities.

She is an AML trainer. She has a BSc and Associateship from the London Institute of Banking and Finance, and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). She is also certified with the Advanced and AML qualification from the Cyprus Security and Exchange Commission (CySEC).

Charalampos Stamelos

Charalampos Stamelos has more than 20-years experience as a lawyer. He practices law since 1999 offering consulting services, representing clients in courts in Greece and in the European Court of Human Rights (France) and in other countries, and training courses to lawyers, trainees, judges, notaries and law students, focuses in European Law, European Human Rights, US Law, Mediation, Negotiations and English Legal Terminology issues. He offered numerous courses/seminars both in Cyprus, Greece and Italy in Banking Law, Contract Law, Commercial Law, Competition Law, Sports Law, Mediation, European Human Rights, US Law, Jurisprudence and History of Law. Charalampos Stamelos is Lecturer of Law in European University Cyprus Law School and Programme Coordinator for the LLB programmes and teaches law since 1999 in various universities and institutions.

Charalampos Stamelos holds an LLB from the University of Athens (Greece), an LLM with specialization in European Commercial Law from Essex University (UK), an LLM with specialization in History of Law from Athens University and a PhD with specialization in EU and US Competition Law from Athens University.

He also holds two Certificates from Harvard University (US) in US Law and Continuing Education,  a Certificate in Negotiations from the University of Michigan (US), a Certificate in International Relations from the Institute of World Politics (US), as well as two Certificates in Mediation from CMIT College (Ireland) and from Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), a Certificate in International Arbitration (CIArb), a Certificate in European Human Rights from Utrecht University and two Certificates in Public International Law and Private International Law from the Hague Academy of International Law.

He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Member of the American Bar Association, Member of the European Law Institute and Member of the Hellenic Association of Mediators and other international associations, such as the Comparative, European and International Law-Hellenic Association and Weinstein International Foundation, Committee of Judges for the International Competition for Law Students in Mediation.

He is the author of more than ten books (in Peter Lang, Springer, and Nomiki Bibliothiki) and twenty articles in English, French and Greek languages published in US, Germany, Greece, India. He is the editor-in-chief for a legal journal in Indonesia and the editor-in-chief for a forthcoming book in Cambridge Scholar.

He speaks, writes and understands Greek (native), English (fluently), and has a basic knowledge in German, French, Russian and Arabic languages.

  George Papanicolaou

George Papanicolaou has more than 20-years experience in the Financial industry. He worked for several years in managerial positions as area Manager, Head of Brokerage, Compliance Officer, Anti Money Laundering Officer, General Manager and Executive Director in Cypriot Investment Firms as well as Managing Director of GP GLOBAL LTD offering consulting services and training courses to Investment Firms, focuses in Internal Audit, compliance & AML issues. He offered numerous courses/seminars both in Cyprus and abroad in Investment Firms Law as well as in Compliance & Anti Money Laundering. George Papanicolaou is also a Chairman of a Nomination Committee in a company listed in the Oslo Stock Exchange.

George Papanicolaou holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin (USA), an MBA with specialization in Finance from Leicester University (UK) and a Postgraduate Certificate in the Mechanics of Risk Management from Middlesex University (UK).

He also holds an ICA International Diploma in Anti Money Laundering from the International Compliance Association and the University of Manchester, as well as an Advance and Money Laundering certificate from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission for the provision of investment services/activities.

He is a Fellow of the International Compliance Association (FICA), Mentor of ICA new students, member of the Cyprus Institute of Internal Auditors and Network chair for Cyprus of the International Compliance association.

Nektarios Michael

With more than 10 years of experience, Nektarios is an expert in the financial services industry, having worked in key roles at investment funds, CIFs and other service providers. His exposure to the industry allowed him to gain knowledge in a variety of vital investment functions.

Complementing his practical knowledge of the industry, Nektarios also holds a number of professional and academic qualifications, including CySEC’s Advance Certification. He is currently employed by an Investment Fund.

   Dr Niki Menelaou

Dr Niki Menelaou was born in Nicosia. She is a researcher and an instructor who specialises in the area of Media and Culture. She holds a BSc degree in Social Science and Administration from Τhe London School of Economics and Political Science, a Masters degree on Media and Culture and a Doctorate Degree on Cultural Administration and Policy from Middlesex University, UK. She also holds a Music degree from the Greek Conservatory of Athens.For a number of years she worked as a journalist and programmes’ producer in the field of Culture at “O Logos” radio-TV channel and as a Cultural Officer at the Ministry of Education and Culture of Cyprus. Niki has been a Lecturer at the Department of Journalism at Frederick University as well as a local adviser of postgraduate studies at the Institute of Work Based Learning at Middlesex University.
In 2014 and 2015 she served as an “Associate Fellow” of the EuroMed Academy of Business and since December 2016 she is an academic member of the Communications Institute of Greece.

In the field of Media and Culture she published the book “Selected Writings on Media and Culture” (En Tipis Publications, 2011) and a significant number of scientific papers in peer reviewed journals. She participated as a in numerous conferences in Cyprus and abroad.She is also a musician and composer and has published the compact discs ‘Voices and Memories’, ’Another Era’ and ’Beautiful Times’.

  Spyros Spyrou

Spyros Spyrou has more than 20 years of experience in the logistics industry, in Deutsche Post, DHL Express, Logistics Operations Consulting, holding executive positions in Operations Management and Training and Development.

Having won numerous awards for the best Operational Facilities and Best employee and manager specializing in Planning, design, and managing day-to-day Operations activities, Recruiting and training of new and
existing employees, HR Management, Analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Training Programs.

He has completed numerous training in Bohn, Brussels, Barcelona, Prague, and graduated from the highestranking Operational Supervisory Academy of Deutsche Post I Germany. He has held for years the position of Country Employee representative in The European Workers for Forum of Logistics training and developing the future managers of the company.

Through the years he has created developed and given training in Training Programs in the field of Communication, Leadership Essentials, Inspirational Leadership, Managing Operations, Working with Teams and others, and Project management. Also, he developed various programs specializing in Middle Management, Rising Stars, and people who do not have a university education, believing that teaching should challenge learners who want to develop their skills and advance their careers.

He has studied MIS and holds various diplomas in Leadership, PMS, Communications and still developing!
